Innovation Process Review

Context:
The client recently introduced a new innovation project management system. As with any new system, it required careful fine-tuning to ensure adoption and engagement. The goal was to make the platform not just functional, but a tool that employees would actively use and rely on to drive innovation within the organization.

Task:
To manage the operational deployment of the innovation management system over a six-month period. This included coaching users on the fly, proposing and agreeing on enhancements, implementing improvements, and communicating changes effectively to increase overall buy-in, as measured by NPS.​​

Solution:
We worked hands-on within the organization to embed the system into daily workflows. Through direct coaching, workshops, and rapid iteration of enhancements, we ensured users felt supported and confident with the platform. Clear communication and real-time feedback loops improved engagement and adoption, turning the innovation management system into a practical, user-friendly tool that delivered measurable impact across the organization.
