Context:​

Tenants today require offices to be more than just square meters to welcome their employees. Befimmo recognizes that workspaces are expected to deliver a seamless and impressive user experience for all stakeholders. This includes integrating smart features such as intelligent parking management, access control, and visitor management systems — all brought together in one attractive, easy-to-use application.​​​

Task:
To ensure the overall project management of multiple parallel tracks involving external partners, with a soft launch deadline. The challenge was to align technology providers, coordinate integrations, and keep an ambitious timeline on track.

Solution:
We structured the program into clear workstreams, each managing a key feature (parking, access, visitor flows, mobile app). Dedicated governance and agile rituals ensured alignment across partners, while our focus on user experience guaranteed the app remained intuitive despite the complexity of back-end integrations.

The result: a digital workplace environment that not only optimizes space usage but also enhances satisfaction and efficiency for employees and visitors alike.
